Welcome!

I am a husband, father of 2 humans+ 1 pup,  social entrepreneur, and sports nut. I am currently a Professor of Leadership and Human Resources at Seneca College in Toronto. Combining my passion for organizational culture and understanding the Canadian immigrant experience, I work to help organizations understand how a diverse and inclusive culture improves individual and organization performance.
